How do you take care of your mental health?
Exercise is vital for me, it releases built up tension. I try not to over-schedule my life too, I say no when I need to without guilt.
Why do you think it's important we talk about mental health?
Good mental health is so important. Sharing our own experiences of poor mental health normalises it, that in itself provides support to others.

You are not alone. Someone else can relate to how you feel. Reach out. Things will get better.

Be nice to yourself. You are enough. Don’t worry about what anyone else thinks of you. x
