Shipping policy
We ask that you please read the FULL policy regarding Refunds, Returns, Damages, and Issues, prior to purchase. It is the customer/purchaser's responsibility to provide accurate and current details (name, phone number, delivery address, etc.) for their order, and also if they miss a scheduled delivery (as per the tracking), it is the customer/purchaser's responsibility to make arrangements for re-delivery (paying relevant fees if appropriate) or pick-up from the mail carrier's depot (whichever is most applicable).
General Shipping: Voices of Hope aims to dispatch items within a 7 working days; however, it can take around 14 working days during busy periods. We have a very small team, and we appreciate your patience.
New Zealand: Flat rate shipping is offered via NZ Post, Castle Parcels or Post Haste. You will receive your tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Usually, NZ Post delivers within 3 working days, but there may be delays during their busy periods.
Australia: We are currently unable to offer shipping to Australia due to high shipping costs. However, we are monitoring this, and we would love to be able to ship to Australia again in the future.
International Shipping: We are currently no longer offering shipping worldwide due to shipping costs. However, we are monitoring this, and we would love to be able to ship internationally again.
