How do you take care of your mental health?
I don’t have one set thing, but I find the following things really help me. I box, I run, I listen to albums, I spend time with people I love, I remember to breathe properly, i spend time with the people I love, I try to put my phone down more often (I need to be better at this one)
Why do you think it's important we talk about mental health?
Firstly, because it makes it normal, which it is. Secondly, a problem shared is a problem halved, it’s an old saying that holds a lot of weight. We too often let things become bigger than they are, so talking about our mental health can only be beneficial I think. It can help us realise all we needed was a different perspective about something, or we can learn that we need more help with our brain, whether it be something like therapy or the right medicine for example. The more we talk about it, the more others and we learn about each other and ourselves and how we can help. I hope.

Probably boxing!

I have 2. 1- don’t be a dick & remember your manners 2- you have two ears & one mouth, use them in proportion.
