How do you take care of your mental health?
I enjoy morning walks and a coffee on the beach with my dog and wife. Ocean Swims, weekends outdoors, playing golf and time with friends helps my wellbeing.
Why do you think it's important we talk about mental health?
Because we all have it and the more we talk, the less alone people feel. You never know what someone is going through. Everyone has their battles and it needs to be normalised.
Favourite self care activity?
Hitting balls at the driving range while listening to music
Favourite quote, song lyric or mantra?
"5 thousand" - when things feel overwhelming, take 5 seconds to pause and breathe (something me and my wife do)
A message to someone struggling?
Take things moment by moment, day by day. This will not last forever. You are going to be okay.
