Join HIIT for Hope for a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity as they attempt to break the World Record for the Largest High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Class EVER!

HIIT for Hope is not only aiming to make history with a Guinness World Record attempt, but also to raise vital funds for initiatives supporting mental health and community wellbeing.

This isn’t just a workout. This is history in the making!

Bringing together 7,000+ people for the largest HIIT workout ever attempted — all in the name of something that touches us all: mental wellbeing.

When: 29th November 2025
Where: Foster Park, Rolleston
Why: To Break a World Record!

Jared Rogers, HIIT for Hope founder, says: "I’m thrilled to introduce HIIT For Hope, an event that embodies everything I stand for: ambition, community, and resilience. HIIT For Hope is more than just a workout; it’s a movement. It’s a chance for thousands of people to come together, push their limits, and support a cause that touches all of us—mental health.

We will be striving for a Guinness World Record attempt, bringing together 7,000 Kiwis in an epic high-intensity interval training (HIIT) session. But this event isn’t just about setting records; it’s about hope. It’s about showing that when we unite for a common cause, we can achieve incredible things. Every drop of sweat, every rep, every step we take together will symbolise our collective strength and our commitment to mental well-being."

Genevieve Mora, Voices of Hope co-founder and General Manager, says:
"VoH is incredibly honoured to be the charity partner for HIIT for Hope 2025. We know how beneficial movement can be for mental wellbeing, and we really believe in the power of community and connection; something this event is strongly aligned with.

As a small, non-government-funded charity, financial support is always a challenge. To have the HIIT for Hope team stand alongside us and back our vision means more than words can express.

Together we are so much stronger!"
