Michael has enjoyed a successful career in the music industry throughout New Zealand and internationally over the past two decades and he is currently the lead singer of local rock band Written by Wolves. Written by Wolves are known for their highly energetic live shows and have shared the stage with the likes of Machine Gun Kelly, Kehlani Pendulum, Limp Bizkit and Escape the Fate alongside tours with Devilskin and Blindspott. They are one of the highest streamed rock bands in NZ with over 36 million streams and 350,000 monthly listeners on Spotify alongside over 100,000 YouTube subscribers and 46 million views on the platform. Written by Wolves have received Highly Commended Awards in the prestigious International Songwriting Competition and are set to release more music this year, starting with their Kellin Quinn collaboration, Help Me Through the Night.
