Everyone goes through moments of uncertainty. However, sometimes those moments can feel overwhelming, and that’s okay! We all have our own ways of coping through tough times, and sometimes we need tips on what might help.
We reached out to the Voices of Hope community and asked, ‘What helps you feel safe during moments of uncertainty?’ Thank you to everyone who shared a technique. All responses shared were great ways to deal with anxiety, stress, and uncertainty, and we’re grateful to be able to share so many helpful coping strategies!
