One of the hardest parts of dealing with mental illness is feeling alone. It can feel like we’re fighting all by ourselves - but that doesn’t make it a fact.
Sometimes, to fight these feelings, it can be nice to have proof to show us that feelings aren’t always facts. We reached out to the Voices of Hope community and asked, ‘Who or what reminded you that you’re not alone recently?’ Reading about the things and people who remind those in our community that they’re not alone was beautiful. Thank you to everyone who shared!
Let some of these reminders for others remind you that, even when our minds tell us otherwise, we are never alone.
