SHIPPING

We ask that you please read the FULL policy below prior to purchase. 

It is the customer/purchaser's responsibility to provide accurate and current details (name, phone number, delivery address etc) for their order and also if they miss a scheduled delivery (as per the tracking), it is the customer/purchaser's responsibility to make arrangements for re-delivery (paying relevant fees if appropriate) or pick-up from the mail carrier's depot (whichever is most applicable).

The shop is currently on a break and will begin shipping again in late March. We are a very small team and appreciate your support. If you have any queries, please send a message through the 'Contact Us' form on this website and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. 

GENERAL SHIPPING

(When shop is active)
Voices of Hope aims to despatch items within a few working days, however it can take around a week during busy periods (when the shop is active). We have a very small team and we appreciate your patience :)

New Zealand - flat rate shipping on offer, will be shipped via NZ Post tracked, you will receive your tracking number when your order has been dispatched. Usually NZ Post delivers within 3 working days but there may be delays in their busy periods.

Australia - flat rate shipping with the most cost effective option we could find (Economy Courier). You will receive a tracking number once it has been fulfilled, this option generally has a delivery target of 10 working days but due to COVID, there may be further delays with flights or with Australia Post on the ground. We have zero control over this and by ordering you understand there may be delays. 

We are currently no longer shipping worldwide, this is due to shipping charges which have skyrocketed over the past few years due to the pandemic. We are monitoring this as we would love to be able to ship internationally again in the future. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact us via the form or the chat box in the bottom right corner of our shop website - we can quote you shipping to your location but please note it is very expensive compared to rates we were able to offer in 2020.

TRACKING

You will be sent your tracking number once the order has been fulfilled. Please note that these are tracked packages (not couriered as that would be a lot more expensive) and will not always show every update of their movements but please know they are en route and if there hasn't been many updates, that is typically because they are either waiting for their next flight/transport or waiting for your local carrier to receipt them into their system. 

DUTY

We are not responsible for any duty import taxes or customs charges you may incur in your origin. 

RETURNS

No returns or refunds unless faulty and required by law. Please 'contact us' if you receive a faulty item.
