Not ALONE

Not Alone features 10 individuals with lived experience, under the age of 30, each sharing their deeply personal stories through letters that address themes such as depression, trauma, borderline personality disorder, eating disorders, anxiety and more. These letters were read aloud in group settings where participants opened up about their journeys, finding solidarity in their struggles and strength in vulnerability.

NOT ALONE

This campaign is made possible by Voices of Hope’s selection as a recipient of the 2024 Kindness in Community Fund, a global initiative launched by the Born This Way Foundation, founded by Lady Gaga, with support from Cotton On and the Cotton On Foundation.

The Born This Way Foundation is dedicated to building a kinder, braver world by supporting youth mental health and wellbeing. This generous grant aims to foster inclusivity, kindness, and a global dialogue around youth mental health, continuing Lady Gaga's commitment to creating positive change through the power of kindness and empathy.
